On Thursday, August 12th 2010, the General Assembly officially started. The delegates to the congress got their voting cards and took a seat in the plenary hall. The official assembly started with the discussion about the statute of the GLOBAL YOUNG GREENS as well as amendments to it. Vivid debates on the structure of the network and its modes of practice followed.
