16th of March 2009, International Network of Young Climate Policy Makers who were present at the 2nd National Communication preparation meeting for Kyoto protocol, presented to the concept of the INYCPM for the official recognition from the National Climate Change Secretariat. NCCS will consider issuing of two letters of recognition, one for the funding purposes and another one for more diplomatic recognition.
